Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our perfume oils, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at wecare.twenty5th@gmail.com with photos and order details.

Refunds
Refunds are processed only under these conditions:

The item is out of stock

You received a wrong product and a replacement cannot be issued

Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Replacements
Replacements are offered only if:

- The product arrived damaged

- The wrong fragrance was delivered.

We do not offer replacements for change of preference or scent dislike.
